Bilingual (French/English) Installation and Technical Support Specialist

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong installation, training, support, and customer service skills for our installation and service team. This position includes technical service and support out of our Calgary office as well as travel and installation at our customer sites across Canada. This is a bilingual position and requires fluency in both English and French. This position is a full-time position based out of our Calgary Offices, but you should expect to travel.   • Installation, distribution, training, and maintenance of Wiz-Tec software packages
  • Phone based and remote technical service and support, including problem determination, troubleshooting, resolution, documentation, and escalation as required
  • Setup, wiring, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Wiz-Tec software, hardware, and peripherals
  • Tracking, updating, and maintaining client software assets
  • Integration and quality assurance testing of software packages and build images
  • Reporting to and tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A+, Network+ certifications or equivalent
  • Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written)
  • Minimum two (2) years of work experience in software, installation, support, or customer service related to software or technology
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Extensive experience with a wide range of desktop software applications and desktop and server hardware
  • Experience and high-proficiency skills and knowledge with Windows operating systems (Windows XP/7/8/10), Microsoft Windows Installer, Microsoft Office applications, and IT security best practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail and organized work habits
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Office Administrator

Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The office administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation in the office and workflows. This position involves a wide variety of tasks and will provide support for all aspects of the business, including sales, service, deployments, inventory, and more. Candidates should be self motivated, trustworthy, and able to work with little supervision.This is a full-time position based out of our Calgary office with a competitive compensation package including benefits.   • Coordinating and reporting on office activities, operations, workflows, and ensuring compliance to company policies
  • Clerical duties, including filing, customer correspondence, and preparing, maintaining, and managing documents
  • Supporting AR, AP, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks and procedures
  • Coordinating business related functions, including events, office activities, deployments, and project deliverables
  • Routine HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and creating and maintaining records for personnel
  • Managing and assisting with shipping, receiving, purchasing, and inventory
  • Managing and scheduling essential operations, including maintenance of certifications, the office, and other tasks.
  • Assist colleagues and tasks as assigned or necessary
  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision

Sales Representative

Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for motivated individuals interested in complex business to business sales remotely and in person. Sales will focus on our new products, including EMV payment technologies for car wash and fueling. Experience in the retail, gas retail, car wash, and related industries is an asset.This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive compensation package including commission and benefits.   • Sales and marketing of products in industry verticals as assigned.
  • Sourcing and managing sales leads and relationships through interactions in person, over the telephone, and email
  • Assessing, gathering, and submitting client’s needs and resources for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of proposals.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • Travel and on site visits to clients as required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to quickly pick up new product and service knowledge, and communicate that knowledge effectively to customers
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Flexible, organized, and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
